Amy Schumer recently shared a funny and candid story on the *Call Her Daddy* podcast about a past encounter with a mystery MLB player. After he attended one of her stand-up shows, they connected late at night.
However, things took a humorous turn when Schumer, feeling tired, apologized and said, “I’m so sorry, I’m so tired,” before he left.
She teased the athlete, saying, “You know who you are,” and even hinted that the incident inspired a scene in her 2015 movie *Trainwreck*.
Schumer admitted this wasn’t the only time something like this had happened, but the athlete was cool about it.
Schumer also joked about a past relationship where her partner wasn’t too happy with her not reciprocating certain gestures, adding with humor, “Some people will blow a guy, and that’s the end of the night. So I kind of did it my way, to quote Frank Sinatra.”
Her openness and sense of humor continue to entertain her fans and offer a relatable glimpse into her life.
