Jennifer Garner recently revealed that she avoids reading news about her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, whether it’s positive or negative. She finds media coverage about him unsettling.

In a candid interview, Garner shared that she doesn’t want her family to become the target of memes, joking about how often Ben’s serious expressions are mocked online.

While the focus is often on Ben’s reunion with Jennifer Lopez, many forget the years she spent by his side, supporting him through personal struggles and raising their three children.

Garner and Affleck share three kids: Violet (17), Seraphina (13), and Samuel (10). They first met in 2000 on the set of *Pearl Harbor*, but their romance began in 2002 while filming *Daredevil*. After separating in 2015, their divorce was finalized in 2018.
