The world’s tallest man, Sultan Kösen, and the world’s smallest woman, Jyoti Amji, recently met in Egypt for a photo shoot.
Sultan, who is 35 years old and stands at 251 centimeters, holds the Guinness World Record for height, while 24-year-old Jyoti from India measures just 62 centimeters.
Sultan also holds the record for the largest hands in the world, a surprising achievement he never imagined. His extraordinary height is due to pituitary gigantism, a condition that causes excessive growth hormone production.
Because of his stature, he was unable to finish school and became a farmer, where he uses his height to his advantage.
On the other hand, Jyoti gained her record status when she turned 18, weighing only five kilograms due to achondroplasia, which means she will not grow any taller.
She faces challenges finding clothes and everyday items, as most have to be custom-made for her. Jyoti has also participated in the reality show “Bigg Boss 6” and appeared in “American Horror Story.”
The height difference between them is a striking 189 centimeters, with Jyoti appearing to be the size of Sultan’s shoe in some photos.
