No one can resist falling in love with the talented and charismatic actor Jim Carrey.

Known for his roles in films like *Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind*, *The Mask*, *The Truman Show*, and *Yes Man*, fans were disheartened to learn that they won’t be seeing any new movies featuring him.

At 60 years old, Jim has decided to retire, stating, “I have done enough. I’ve had enough,” in an interview with Access Hollywood.

“I really enjoy my quiet life. I love painting on canvas,” he added. However, there’s still a slight chance he might return for a new project.

“If suddenly the angels bring me a script written in gold ink that I believe is important for people to see, then maybe I will continue. But I’m taking a break,” Jim joked.

It seems that the animated film *Sonic the Hedgehog 2* will be his last project for now. Nonetheless, Jim plans to remain creative, expressing his intention to showcase unique works of art that blend painting and literature.

Fans are eagerly anticipating his upcoming masterpieces.
