This Woman Gave Birth to Seven Children at Once and Here is How They Look After 25 Years…

On November 19, 1997, the couple Bobby and Kenny McCaughey gained worldwide fame when Kenny gave birth to seven children in a single day – four boys and three girls.

The news of this medical miracle spread across all newspapers, as such a phenomenon had never occurred before. What made it even more special was that all seven were born healthy.

Before the birth of their daughter Michaela, Kenny had struggled for a long time to conceive. That’s why they opted for in vitro fertilization (IVF).

While cases of twin or triplet pregnancies were known in the medical world, this family had the extraordinary luck of having seven children.

Kenny gave birth to the children nine weeks prematurely, and each weighed about a kilogram.

There were some complications; Nathan and Alexis experienced developmental delays. Due to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, the children had to undergo several surgeries.

The family received support from around the world. A nonprofit foundation provided them with housing with individual bedrooms, free college education, and meals. Even George W. Bush visited them.

However, when the children turned ten, the family withdrew from the public eye. Kenny Jr. aspires to become a civil engineer and is currently attending college in Des Moines.

Alexis May, who underwent multiple surgeries to independently move her legs, wants to become a teacher and is attending the same college as her brother Kenny but in a different faculty.

Kelsey Ann shows talent as a future pop star. Despite being born weighing less than a kilogram, she has a remarkable and powerful voice.

She has already sung in the school choir and is now studying at Hannibal Lagrange University.

Natalie Sue aims to become a teacher as well. As a smart girl, she made it to the honor roll and then studied at Hannibal Lagrange University with her sister before becoming a teacher.

Nathan Roy, who, like his sister Alexis, has cerebral palsy, wants to become an IT specialist.

Thanks to surgeries, he can now move independently and is studying at the same university as his sisters but in the field of computer science.

Brandon James is in the military and chose to join the army instead of going to college.

He is currently serving as an infantryman.

Joel Steven dreams of becoming a programmer.

He was the last child born and now masters the basics of computer science at the same university.

The parents still can’t get used to the fact that their once full house is slowly emptying, but they are proud that their children are following their dreams.
