A Minnesota couple gave birth to four uncommon identical quadruplets by caesarian section. This one-in-15-million case was given to Taylor Becher and Lance Thompson of Albertville, Minnesota, as a very unique gift. The couple found out they were having quadruplets during Becher’s eight-week scan. The doctor assumed they were expecting twins until she discovered four kids inside Becher’s tummy.

Despite the fact that she already has a 21-month-old son, the prospect of carrying four infants horrified Becher. She was also aware of the dangers of having numerous infants at the same time. Becher was anxious at first, but her partner Lance was there for her throughout her pregnancy and until she gave birth. He’d tell her that everything was OK.

“There were times when I would Google and stress myself out, but Lance would talk me down,” she said. The source of stress for Bechers is understandable and common. According to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, difficulties in multiple pregnancies rise with each additional fetus. Among the complications are preterm birth, placental issues, hypertension, diabetes, and fetal and infant complications.

While bearing several pregnancies is terrifying and stressful, Becher conquered all of the challenges by being cheerful and extra cautious. She also enjoyed shopping for baby supplies such as car seats, cribs, and infant apparel. Finally, their four bundles of joy were born via the caesarian section on March 11. The parents were startled, but the news that their four baby girls are similar stunned them the most.

Lakely, Sawyer, Kennedy, and Aurora were all born safely and without incident. The couple was ecstatic and pleased to see that their quadruplets were all healthy and adorable. Lakely weighed the least of the quadruplets at 2 pounds and 3 ounces, while Sawyer weighed the most at 3 pounds and 3 ounces. Lakely did not grow as swiftly as her other sisters while pregnant, but she was the only one who did not require breathing help, according to Becher.

Fortunately, all four babies can now breathe on their own. The couple is eager to bring their children home to meet their older brother. They will be released from the hospital next month since the coronavirus necessitated a longer stay. Their son was unable to visit the babies for the same reason. Becher remembered her kid kissing her pregnant stomach.

“Before the babies arrived, I’d ask, ‘Do you want to kiss your sister?’” ‘And he’d kiss my tummy!’ ” She yelled. This heightened her anticipation of seeing all of her children together It’s incredible to witness such a once-in-a-lifetime love story. We hope that these precious little angels grow up healthy and show their parents a lot of love and respect.
