Parrots are among of the most gifted birds you will ever encounter. The parrot, Tico, concurred with this assertion. He was recently captured on camera covering Bob Dylan’s “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.”
Tico delivered an amazing version of the song. While performing the song, the gifted bird was accompanied by his owner, Frank Maglio, and his companion, Lisa Rott. On occasion, they both played guitar and sang the song with Tico.
Tico’s rendition of Bob Dylan’s song showcased the bird’s distinct and melodic voice. Tico could whistle better than any human when he wasn’t singing. Tico, unlike other parrots, knew when to stop singing and when to resume.
Tico would move around the table or scratch behind his ears when the music began to play on the guitar. Tico’s movements while performing for Lisa and Frank revealed this.
Tico was able to sing the song at multiple pitches because parrots have two vocal organs and humans do not. Tico, on the other hand, would occasionally go high-pitch, and his pitch would suddenly fall.
Tico’s rendition of the song proved that he had put in a lot of preparation time. He’d already done a lot of songs with Frank, and the parrot seemed to enjoy singing a wide range of music.
Lisa’s singing appeared to please Tico. The bird’s head movement while singing the song was wonderful. During his performance, he acted like a rock star, completely controlling the music.
