Most of us will experience sleep problems at some point in our lives, but how we deal with them is critical. When things get bad, some individuals read, some listen to music, and still others take drugs.

However, one mom and her son discovered a far better way to tackle insomnia, and it has made millions of people happy.

Lance began dancing with his mom, Lucy, as soon as he could walk, and she undoubtedly passed on her love of music and dance to him.

Lance knew exactly how to assist Lucy sleep when she complained she wasn’t tired one night.

Lance, now married with two children, was about to take his loving mother’s hand in his and begin dancing when Megan Traynor’s son, “Dear Husband,” began to play.

They danced beautifully together, and Lance’s daughter clapped from the sidelines while the rest of the family photographed the touching event.

They not only dance beautifully, but also have unique facial expressions.

Midway through the song, Lucy turns to the camera and says, “That’s what happened to folks who couldn’t fall asleep in Louisiana.”

The video was viewed hundreds of thousands of times and uploaded by fans of the mother and son performers. Lucy appears to like dancing with her son, and Lance appears to enjoy working with her.

Lucy says something near the end of the dance that causes the entire family to bust out laughing, and Lance collapses on the floor because he can’t stop laughing. These two had a great time together!
